Allure’s Insiders’ Guide for October features advice from expert manicurist Tom Bachik on how to fix a manicure. Bachik says that nail polish remover can be used to buff ripples if rubbed lightly in a circular motion on the affected area. Also, if you tear a nail, nail glue can be applied to the tear – it will save your manicure for a day or two.
