Skyline Beauty Supply’s new 55,000-sq.-ft. Los Angeles location is a virtual paradise for polish lovers — and a fabulous resource for those looking for advanced training in nails. Skyline’s move to the new facility in November was no easy feat — staffers had to move and organize more than a million bottles of polish! One of the biggest motivators behind the move was to have everything on a single floor, according to Skyline owner David Ngo. Shoppers will find the store’s massive inventory organized by brand — with different brands occupying different aisles. Even more impressive — the Skyline team swatched every bottle they have on the shelves so customers can see the true color of both the traditional polishes and gel-polishes.

The new location also houses the Skyline Nail Academy. Designed to facilitate advanced trainings, the room is outfitted with Whale Spa furniture including 12 custom manicure tables with built-in Valentino filters. The setup allows every student to easily plug in her LED/UV lamp. A top-quality camera and projector offers each student a detailed, up-close look at the demos. Vetro and Young Nails have already scheduled classes to be held there.
