AII Acquires Part of Seche

American International Industries (AII) has acquired some of Seche's assets, including popular-selling top coat Seche Vite. The acquisition of these assets was finalized on July 22, 2005, for an undisclosed sum.

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat was the first patented single procedure non-yellowing dry fast top coat for nail polish. After more than a decade, it is still the most highly acclaimed top coat in the world. Seche Vite even patented the top coat in 1992.

“Seche has always been an innovator in the nail treatments industry,” says Zvi Ryzman, CEO and president of AII. “We’re excited to add Seche Vite to our growing line of professional salon products.”

AII's other product lines include the recently acquired China Glaze brand of nail lacquer, Body Drench, clean + easy, EZ Flow, and ibd.
