Allure's June 2012 issue reports an unexpected new trend in the nail word — white polish. "They're sexier than neutrals like beige or pink, especially with a white summer dress," the article states. "We were skeptical until we tried them on our toes!"
Stark white, however, can be aging, so Allure advises clients to try opaque pearlescent shades like Orly's Day Glow and OPI's My Boyfriend Scales Walls.
