Tribute to Southern California

We’ve given our final three contestants a THREE-PART final challenge. For the first part, we asked them to create a mural on 10 nail tips that represents Southern California (where the final contest takes place).

We asked them to use primarily gel-polish, polish, and hand-painted techniques when designing their tribute to Southern California. In addition to creating the nails, they also shot step-by-step tutorials and uploaded them onto their Nail Art Gallery pages. Voting for part 1 of the final challenge will be open December 13, 2013-January 2, 2014. Make sure to vote for your favorite.
