Orly’s Made in L.A. campaign celebrates the brand’s Los Angeles roots. Like Orly, the film industry is also known for its basis in L.A. For this challenge we asked contestants to choose a classic Hollywood landmark and translate it onto a single hand using polish, gel-polish, and/or acrylic paints. (Acrylics, gels, and tips were only allowed as the base of the nails to create a better canvas. But we didn’t want to see this application as part of their process.) The use of embellishments was not allowed. The Top 9 then had to make a video diary about the inspiration and design process behind these nails.
Week 4’s challenge winner will receive the entire Orly’s Professional Gel Kit and a brand new lamp. (Approximate value: $200)
