LeChat’s new Perception gel-polish gives off a translucent, glassy look. Because of the see-through quality of this product, LeChat challenges the Top 10 to create a nail design with dual meaning. On an actual hand, layer two nail designs: one illustrating perception, and the other illustrating reality. Create one of the designs on the underside of the nail using whatever art products from LeChat you desire (acrylic paints and embellishments are also allowed). On the front of the nail, create another design, but leave the nail transparent (clear or colored) and photograph the design from the front so that both elements can be seen. The result should be a 2-in-1 jelly-looking design. This design can be done on tips and placed on the hand or built on the nail, but clear tips/building gel must be used as a base. To see this cool, dual nail art look, the contests were also asked to film a 5 minute video diary, where they showed the process of at least one underside design and one top design.
