At the Nail Labo booth, NAILS associate editor Tim Crowley met Japanese nail artist Chika Ihara and her hand model Isao Igarashi. Ihara is currently ranked #1 in Japan and won first place in the Veteran Mirror Image category at the show.

IBS (International Beauty Show) Las Vegas had a healthy attendance this year, with well-presented booths showcasing a lot of new and interesting nail products. The competitions had a nice buzz as well, with many competitors from Japan competing alongside America’s top nail artists. Here are some highlights from the show floor this year, and be sure not to miss it next year in Las Vegas, June 18-20, 2011.
