Even though we have clients scrub before a service, isn’t it unsanitary to repeatedly use the same bottle of brush-on cuticle oil around (and especially under) our clients’ nails?
Oils applied to the cuticle area are susceptible to bacterial contamination. Even if clients thoroughly scrub their hands, it is unsanitary to touch their skin with the brush and replace it in the product container. This may transfer bacteria from the skin into the product where it can grow and multiply. Droppers should always be used to apply such oils to clients’ fingers. -- Doug Schoon
