Did you know that you do not have to be diabetic to get shaky from low blood sugar? Picture a long busy day in which you do not think you have time to eat. Then think about that last set of nails you did at the end of the day when your hands are shaking and harder to steady.

That could be your body telling you that skipping food all day was not a good plan. Something simple and as quick as a snack a couple times a day is far better than nothing. If you really don’t want to give up much time, you can hit the bathroom and inhale a granola or protein bar at the same time. LOL
