Stress is the name of the game and we have all learned how to work under pressure! Keep in mind that your client is also under pressure for the holidays and try to be patient. If you book someone new, maybe add on an extra five to 10 5 minutes to allow for discussing the service as they are not familiar with all you can do like your regulars.
