Hello out there in nail land. How are things going this week? For the blog this time I would like to get some feedback on a few things I have on my blog to-do list so I can tailor them to your needs better. Be sure to leave a comment with your opinion, suggestion, idea, request, etc!

1. I have a request to do a blog on how to deal with difficult clients. If you could list your top problem it would be most appreciated, then hopefully we can tackle the top five together.

2. Next request is how to interest clients in other services you offer. So let’s start out by telling me what services do you offer exactly?

3. And the final request is for more information about Twitter. I’m wondering what would you like to know?

If there is something not mentioned you would like added to my to-do list feel free to leave it and I will tag it on. Since I’m asking for you to do the work this blog, I would like to leave you with a thought to ponder in thanks:

Reopening? Know Your Numbers

For those of you that like a little data with your info, here is some really interesting information from salon owner Michele Baker in Georgia. Being one of the first states to open left the salon owners to scramble to learn a lot of things on their own and many have been generous in sharing things they have figured out to help make operating in the COVID-19 world more systematic and understandable.
