Hi! I’m Tracy Rubert, and I’m fairly new to the NAILS Magazine team. My time here so far has been exciting; there’s always something going on and many projects to tackle. We put a lot of hard work into creating the magazine and website, but we also have a lot of fun together!

Prior to NAILS, I worked at a nutrition magazine and taught college English and creative writing. I’m a complete surfing addict, so when I’m not working at NAILS, you can find me out in the water on my longboard. When I’m not in the water, I like to write fiction, cook, play guitar (not that well!), and make jewelry.

Being a creative person, I’ve so enjoyed seeing all of YOUR beautiful nail art. Just when I receive a set of nail tips that are so amazing I think they can’t possibly be topped, another gorgeous set will show up on my desk or as a photo in my e-mail. I am always on the lookout for beautiful, innovative nail art designs to feature in our pages, so please don’t hesitate to e-mail me to share your creations or just to say hello.
