Wow! This past weekend at ABS was amazing and so much fun! It was a pleasure to meet so many dedicated NAILS readers and an honor to introduce NAILS to new readers. Thanks to those that stopped by to say hi -- it was fabulous to meet you in person and see your great nails too of course ;o)
The lovely Sree was at the show to make sure the booth was done up right. She is such a sweet and fun person to be around. For those of you that have not met her (she's the managing editor at NAILS) say hello the next time you see her because she is just a magnificent person to know.
My fellow booth-mate for the day on Sunday was Kate. She is the sister of NAILS publisher Cyndy and I loved meeting Kate. It was as if we had already been friends, discovering we were fellow Scorpios of course explained that! We had some great discussions about nails, kids, and life in general. One of my favorite things about all the NAILS gang is how real they are, genuine and down to earth -- just great people!
I did wander the show floor a bit on Saturday when I got to town to see what was there and have an idea where to direct those that might want to know where to find their favorite nail things. Here are a few birds eye pix to give you some idea of the floor layout:
