Are your clients involved in your career? Do they know how passionate you are about the care for their natural nails no matter what service they have done? How about how much education you have and when you go to a new class? Involving your clients in your career helps them feel some pride in what you do as a professional in addition to what you do on their nails. One of my clients is such a fan that she even bought one of the Rockstar Tour shirts to brag about getting her nails done as one of my “Elite Clientele.” If you are not sharing your nail journey with your clients, why not? If you don’t feel like you have much to share, I challenge you to change that!
