It's so interesting to get a different point of view on each piece we read. Chapter three has sure been interesting. It not only gave me anatomy information helpful for working on clients, but it also included some great tips on taking care of our own hands, which are important for continued success. For chapter three, I would like to know the following:

  • Did you learn anything new?

  • How can we prevent carpal tunnel?

  • How many layers were there in the skin?

  • Which muscles created the antagonistic pair and where are some of the places they can be found?
