We were happy to see professional nail brands making the rounds on celebrity tips at last night’s Emmy Awards. Nominee Minnie Driver wore nails designed by Elaine Watson that matched her dress perfectly. Watson used Hong Kong Harbour on the entire nail, then applied Cina Pro Striping Tape for masking. Next, Watson used Red Eye to Shanghai on the sides. For the ring fingers, she added Vegas Vixen so that when the tape was removed, a fine silver stripe showed through. She finished with High Gloss Top Coat and added a tiny Swarovski crystal at the cuticle.
