Last night’s Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas had celebs come out in full force. Among them was Orange is the New Black star Dascha Polanco, who is no stranger to nails. Polanco’s manicurist Mr. Luis  glammed up the star’s tips so that they were red carpet ready. Mr. Luis used Essie’s Hi Maintenance so that Polanco’s nails wouldn’t overpower or clash with her bright red dress. “But of course I wanted to give her bling on her accent nails to show Dascha’s Diva side,” says Mr. Luis. The celebrity manicurist used Swarovski Japanese opal crystals to take these nails to the next level.
