Ever have a moment in the salon when you think to yourself: Is this for real? Did that seriously happen? This past week as I was packing up the salon owner proceeded to tell me a tale that had me shaking my head and yet laughing. A salon patron had brought her kids in for haircuts and one of them disappeared into the room where my client chair is located (only my client chair and retail are out when I’m not there). The mom ventured in and started hollering. Apparently her son is in the potty training stage and decided to use the chair as a tree! Since the chair is metal and leather, no harm done and it was easily cleaned up between the owner and the mom. What has happened in your salon that had you shaking your head at the craziness of the reality?
