The nail world has exploded all over YouTube in the past few years and I have to say it fills me with joy and pride to see the channels that are done by educated, talented, and sharing nail professionals.

I would love to know who some of your favorites are in the comments so that other readers can easily find quality videos without having to sift through misrepresentations and misinformation.

Please do not misread what I said - all brands, genders, jobs, ethnicities, etc. are welcome as long as the education is #nailtruth! I would like to occasionally feature some of these tutorial creators to help them share their love of education that is available to all no matter how far you live from a class or if you can afford to attend a show.

The featured artist for today is Fee Wallace. I’ve selected her for her amazingly well done videos and hypnotic accent, as well as the fact that we became educators together over a decade ago, and it has been such an honor and joy to watch her grow, share, and shine. She is someone I deeply respect and admire in many ways with hopes to continue learning from her in years to come.

Check out Fee's YouTube page here and check out her tutorial on shattered glass nails. Enjoy!

Reopening? Know Your Numbers

For those of you that like a little data with your info, here is some really interesting information from salon owner Michele Baker in Georgia. Being one of the first states to open left the salon owners to scramble to learn a lot of things on their own and many have been generous in sharing things they have figured out to help make operating in the COVID-19 world more systematic and understandable.
