The next networking event on my calendar is the Northwest Nail Tech Retreat. I’m so excited to finally get this event in my schedule and check it out! The retreat has been dubbed nail camp by past attendees and is a unique experience. The price is $449 for four days on an island near Seattle; however, that the price includes more than just attending. You get lodging and all meals as well. There are lots of included 75-minute classes to choose from, some three-hour workshops that are all $50 or less, competition classes, and even included competitions. You’ also get a goodie bag worth over $400; however, I am sure you are much more interested in the education. Right?
I will be there with Empower Nail Art and guess what recent nail school graduate will be there with me ready to help Empower you!?! You're just going to have to wait to find out.

For those of you that like a little data with your info, here is some really interesting information from salon owner Michele Baker in Georgia. Being one of the first states to open left the salon owners to scramble to learn a lot of things on their own and many have been generous in sharing things they have figured out to help make operating in the COVID-19 world more systematic and understandable.
It has been quite a while since I made a video for the e-file chronicles so an update to that seemed in order. The latest installment is removing gel-polish from an enhancement.
