At ISSE Long Beach this year, Jessica Cosmetics introduced Phēnom, a long-lasting nail polish that acts like a gel and removes easily like polish.

The Phēnom exclusive five-free formulas are designed to only work with each other to produce phenomenal shine and vivid color that can last up to 10 days. Here’s how the three-step system works: After a consultation with a client, techs can apply any of Jessica’s custom treatments as a base coat to suit a client’s needs. Once the base coat is dry, two opaque coats of color are applied. The look is finished with a layer of Finale Shine, a top coat infused with photo initiators (hence the covered bottle similar to gel-polish bottles). Phēnom is estimated to have a two- to five-minute dry time. A range of 24 new colors is now available.
