I've talked to you about the concept of "nail eyes" for years now. After the most recent blog asking you to use a #naileyes hashtag, someone took it to the next level. Lucien, owner and creator of Empower Nail Art started a Nail Eyes Facebook page.

It's a great evolution of the concept that I wouldn't have envisioned. The reponse has been amazing and the pictures posted are so inspirational. Stop by the page and check out pictures others have posted to find inspiration for nail design or post your own photos and be sure to caption them #naileyes!

I ran across an old video where I show you how to derive designs from an inspiration. Thought you might like the reminder so that you can put your #naileyes to work not only finding future designs but interpreting them!

P.S. I personally invite you to listen to Nail Talk Radio this Sunday, March 2, where I will be the guest. Questions are welcome and there are some fab giveaways, thanks to CND and LaVaque.

Reopening? Know Your Numbers

For those of you that like a little data with your info, here is some really interesting information from salon owner Michele Baker in Georgia.
