This time of year, everyone seems a little more frazzled than usual. There is so much that needs to be done and so little time to do it.
No matter what holiday you do or do not celebrate, there are still things going on around you — extra social commitments, additional charity work, and inevitably more hours at the salon. One thing that should not be overlooked is client appreciation. Take the time, in spite of your crazy schedule, to let them know how much it means to you that they have come to you throughout the year.

It could be poetry, a heartfelt personal note, or any number of things. The key is for the appreciation to come from your heart. During a service, just take a few moments to highlight some good times you have had at the nail table together throughout the year and thank them for taking the time to be with you.
