Last year, I had the opportunity of a lifetime to train spa employees at Sandals and Beaches Resorts all over the Caribbean. This year, I wanted to share an awesome program they have where you and a best friend forever (B.F.F.) can get away for a great time together. You may not be able to make the dates I'm there this year (Oct. 25 to 29), but I'll be blogging and posting photos to show you the experience so you can plan on it for 2014.
