Today at the Tuck Hotel in Los Angeles, Swarovski highlighted major trends for spring/summer 2018: Gang Star, No Normal, Hacked Nature, and Spell Bound. Bejweled swatches and samples of clothing fitting these trends were placed around the sparkling space.

Gang Star is all about birght bold colors and looks include jewelry and nail art for in-your-face fashion inspired by streetwear.

No Normal is about the mix of minimalism and maximalism. A lot of free space or negative space will be embraced as part of this trend.

Hacked Nature describes the mix of prints and blur between organic and natural.

The Spell Bound trend is about metallics and darkness. This extends to hand coverings and nails.

Crystal Ninja Kellie DeFries was at the event, offering blingy advice. She encourages nail techs to bling up things around the salon to get clients interested in coming back for more.
