One of the first appointments I had at the show yesterday, was to go the CND VIP suite up at the top of the Hyatt.

I was greeted by Jan Arnold, co-founder of CND, who told me about Steven Tyler's nail style. The former Aerosmith front man, and now a judge on American Idol, apparently sports a black stripe down the center of his nails. I had never noticed that, but after Jan had me try the style on I was surprised to see that other nail techs noticed it right away, and ID'd the look before I said anything.

Sara Goblirisch, a CND education ambassador from Minnesota, made these with Shellac.
