What Do You Look for in a Class — and Why Aren’t You Going?

What makes you feel that a class is worth taking?

What are we looking for in a class these days? I see classes offered by amazingly talented people with a plethora of knowledge to share go unattended and it makes me wonder what nail professionals are looking for.

So what makes you feel that a class is worth taking? If the class is too cheap, do you feel like the educator isn’t any good? If the class is too expensive, how do you evaluate that? What qualities do you look for in a class before you will commit your time and money to taking it? Does it need to be taught by someone who is “Insta-famous,” someone who has done nails on a “celebrity,” or some other qualification?

Is there a formula to filling a class? Every manufacturer in our industry would love to know what motivates you to take a class. On the flip side, I would love to know when and why you stopped taking classes at all?
