At what point in a pedicure do you use the hot towels and how?

I usually apply cuticle remover and callus eliminator before I wrap the foot up in the towel. I leave the toes exposed and work on the cuticles while the callus eliminator does its job. I use the towels after I apply a mask (which is before I massage and polish). I make a towel bootie and let it steam on the client for about five minutes. I then use the towels to remove the mask.
