How do I get a client to stop biting her nails?

January 23, 2008

Weekly manicures are a great way to help a nail biter. There are all kinds of nasty tasting products, but the client usually just stops using them. I have an incentive program for nail biters where they have to purchase a package of four to six manicures and pre-book them. This ensures that the client returns on a regular basis. And then when they complete all their scheduled appointments I reward them with a gift certificate or gift basket. — MaeLing Parrish is an EZ Flow educator and co-owner of Nail Sensation in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
