To speed up your services you should first develop a routine. Put a clock near your work area where you can see it. Personally challenge yourself to finish each step of your procedures in a certain time period. This will take time to accomplish, so don’t get discouraged. Having everything you need and being prepared is crucial for speeding up your service. For the clients who tend to be tense and are hard to work with, you may want to start with a quick hand massage, just to get them relaxed. The atmosphere you create in your salon and the mood you project will allow these tense clients to feel more comfortable.
