Faith. Dream. Confident. Tan Nguyen (Conroe, Texas) created this set of 3-D fantasy nail art using a variety of products (liquid & powder, gel, gel-polish, paints, glitter) to illustrate her personal three-word tagline for NAILS Next Top Nail Artist Season 3, Pre-Challenge #2.
The season’s forecast calls for more 3-D textures. If you’ve been digging through the craft store bins for trendy caviar beads or fuzzy velvet fibers, you may want to try your beauty supply store instead. Many manufacturers create the tiny beads and other tactile accessories specifically with nail looks in mind.
These beautiful nails earned Sydney, Australia-based nail tech Olga Menshikova a top-place finish in the first online nail competition sponsored by Nail Tips, a forum for techs from Australia and New Zealand.

This video has no dialogue, so you can learn and watch with your eyes. Notice the angle of the brush, the consistency of the acrylic, the wait time before placing the product on the nail, and the placement of the petals. Use this video to try to make your own, pause between each petal, and try to repeat what I do. "You can do it!" Lauren Wireman says.
