For NTNA S. 7 Pre-Challenge 2, sponsored by Swarovski, contestants were asked to create wearable nail art inspired by Swarovski’s Nail Art Report. The report identified three nail art wearing personas including The Crystal Lover, The Color Freak, and The Style Setter. Swarovski chose at random which competitor would be inspired by which persona for the challenge. This is Stella Sampson's entry.
NAILS Next Top Nail Artist: Top 9 contestant, Lavette Cephus in Toledo, Ohio, created her own set of “International Nails” inspired by Africa, the place of her family’s origin. The design is on five nail tips using a combination of mediums.

I had a great time at America’s Beauty Show (formerly the Chicago Midwest Beauty Show) earlier this month. For the first time, the show took place in McCormick Place, a gigantic convention center in the heart of Chicago (in previous years, it had been held in the suburb of Rosemont, Ill.)
