Tammy Taylor's creative director Gisela Marti shows how to create a bed of roses 3-D acrylic design. "Once you make one 3-D rose the rest of the design is repetition. And, this design looks fabulous as one solid color and also with the double dip method of 2-3 tone coloring," says Tammy Taylor.
