With a colorful tie-dye design and unique photography, nail tech RussAnna Dudley won the top spot this year. Eileen Fox’s on-trend milk bath design took the first runner-up spot, while Sarah Petersen’s geometric design took the second runner-up spot, and Scarlett Senter’s dramatic floral French was the third runner-up.
