More than 70,000 salon industry professionals thronged to see the 71st annual International Beauty Show (IBS ’88) held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, March 13-15, 1988.
The show was attended by more than 2,500 nail technicians, students and guests from all over the country. Many technicians came from faraway just to enter the nail competitions.
