Nuni Torres (Kissimmee, FL) creates a 3-D design on a single nail tip using a variety of nail products based on a "music" theme. "For this challenge I was inspired by the 70s, a real laid back era. Make NAIL ART not WAR. I brought a lot of color into this look trying to keep the bright tie-dye from the 70s in mind. It was definitely a time crunch but I think I made it work."
