With just a few short weeks until Sacramento, the end of the 2010 U.S. nail competition season is coming to a close. And you all know what I’m doing right about now...practice, practice, practice.

I know it seems monotonous, but what do you think football players do five days out of the week during football season? Then they actually get to play on the weekend!

So anyway, I’m laying out my plans, checking on airfare, making hotel reservations, and more importantly at this stage in the game, I’m trying to set up practice sessions with the models. This is the time to do it. As I’ve said before, about two months before the competition, I try to get live practice sessions in about every other weekend until the event.

It makes me feel very confident in my abilities when it comes time to actually compete. And with the super long stretch between the last event and the next event, I think it is even more important.

That means you too, fellow top competitors. I know you’re reading my blog looking for clues.

Also in Sacramento, the Nailpro Cup Champion will be announced. Currently, I’m in the lead with 30 points. Imagine, me winning the Cup for a third time in a row. Nobody has ever done that. Yay Me!
