I knew tackling nail school as a full-time editor would not be easy, and to be honest, I underestimated the commitment.
Sometimes keeping yourself motivated can be enough of a challenge. So what do you do when it comes to keeping others up and running? Do you recommend a book for them to read? Offer them words of encouragement? Instruct them how to keep going?
