Cover Tech Contest 2016

A Study in Contrast: Once again, NAILS’ readers have spoken, and this year you selected Moscow-based nail tech Anastasia Luksha’s bold but simple design for our cover. Cover Tech Contest 2015: The Masked Woman Wins
