Lavette Cephus of Beaute Asylum in Toledo, Ohio, edges out Lexi Martone and Danielle Costantino to win NAILS Next Top Nail Artist 2014-2015.
The Vancouver, Canada-based nail artist flew to Chicago where she presented her final collection of nails, walked a runway, answered questions live on stage, and eventually took home the title for Season Three.
