I’m so excited, I can hardly contain myself! The day has finally arrived! NAILS Next Top Nail Artist sponsored by Gelish is live and the Week #1 challenges are up and ready for voting.

This week’s challenge is sponsored by Dashing Diva and our Top 12 contestants were tasked with creating nail art appliqués on a template based on one of seven trends from Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week. Our artists were allowed to use any medium to create their looks and we’ve posted them online at the Next Top Nail Artist website.

After looking through the entries and reading about the inspiration behind each look, you can vote for your favorites! You can only vote one time per contestant, but you’re welcome to vote for as many of your favorites as you want. Voting closes next Wednesday, September 18 at noon PST.

One contestant will be named the winner of the week and one contestant will be eliminated. Results will be announced Friday, September 20. (And the Week #2 challenge sponsored by Entity will go live for voting at the same time.)
