For the Final NAILS NTNA Challenge of Season 7, the Top 3 had to create press-ons for five separate themes. See each theme below as press-on tips and on an actual hand then read the contestant's descriptions.
For the fourth NTNA S.7 challenge sponsored by Glitz Accessories & Such, contestants were asked to dazzle us with Las Vegas-inspired nail art. This is Becca Compton's entry.
Sitting in the crowd, listening as nailists explained new techniques or styles in Japanese, I found I wasn’t completely in the dark. Why not? Because I found out that what I had in common with everyone here was we all spoke a universal language — of nails.
For NTNA S. 7 Pre-Challenge 2, sponsored by Swarovski, contestants were asked to create wearable nail art inspired by Swarovski’s Nail Art Report. The report identified three nail art wearing personas including The Crystal Lover, The Color Freak, and The Style Setter. Swarovski chose at random which competitor would be inspired by which persona for the challenge. This is Jessica's entry.
NAILS Next Top Nail Artist S. 4 challenge #6 sponsored by Artistic asked contestants to show us what it means to be an artist. Here is Liina Leino's entry. Click here to see all 7 entries.
NAILS Next Top Nail Artist: Top 11 contestant, Sherri Traweek from Redlands, Calif., created a set of 3-D gel sculptured nails across five nail tips based on the theme of Week 2 sponsor Bio Seaweed Gel’s fall/winter 2014 color collection, In Too Deep.
