Contest entrants were required to submit a set of nails using five mediums. The theme of this year’s competition was flowers, which you can see in glorious abundance on all the winning nails.
When NAILS Magazine phoned nail technician Kim Morgan to ask her to do the nails for the July cover, she was ecstatic.
