Over 30,000 visitors walked the show floor at Cosmoprof North America in the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.1,015 exhibitors represented 39 countries to fill three sections: Cosmetics and Personal Care, Packaging, and Professional Beauty. It took the NAILS team three days to cover the show floor, visiting with advertisers and meeting new beauty industry professionals.

Eager to “pay it forward” and help the next generation of nail techs, celebrated New York City-based nail artist Fleury Rose took her passion for nails a continent away to give women in Medellin, Colombia, a “hand-up” toward achieving emotional and financial independence.

NAILS recently partnered with the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation on a FundRazr campaign that raised donations for the BCL | Tippi Hedren | NAILS NTNA Scholarship Fund.

Five nail students have been awarded a Spring 2016 BCL | CND | Tippi Hedren Nail Scholarship. Each student will receive tuition compensation up to $5,000 toward a qualified nail education program.

BCL has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships to students attending nail, cosmetology, massage, and esthetic programs.
