Libertine’s AW19 collection came to L.A. on April 26. The theme of the show was Memento Mori, an experience of the rich, ethereal, and embellished.
NAILS joined sister publication VietSALON along with CND and Beauty Changes Lives in honoring actress Tippi Hedren with the Legacy of Style Award.
This design, “Groovy,” shows how CND's just-launched "Additives" can be used with Brisa Gloss and Brisa Paint.
Ten aspiring beauty industry professionals will receive full scholarships from the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation (BCL) to complete nail technician programs.
