Backscratchers Nail Care Products has been named one of the 100 fastest-growing companies by The Business Journal. Backscratchers, based in Sacramento, Calif., was selected based on its high growth rate in sales and total employees.
Jack Megna, president of Backscratchers, and Michael Megna, VP, received an award from The Business Journal at a party where California governor Pete Wilson was the keynote speaker.
