Trainees learned how to develop their skills from top company educators. Discussions centered around how to be an effective educator and how to develop skills for education with sales-motivated results. Hands-on training included Gelish applications, creating the perfect acrylic sculpted nail, and fusion acrylics. In addition to training and homework, educators were critiqued, scored, and reviewed  on their sculptured, hard gel techniques, design elements, and placement and use of color and contrast.
