Michelle Whitaker, a nail artist at Salon Legacy in Rolla, Mo., created this cute four-leaf clover design especially for NAILS Magazine in honor of March 17, St. Patrick’s Day.
This feminine, urban design called City Fashion Nails was created by Anna Amelina, a Ukrainian nail tech and the owner of the salon French Guru.
