1. Polish the nail red.
2. Add four white stripes in the corner.
3. Add white dots above the stripes. Add yellow stripes and dots in between the white ones.
4. Use white, yellow, pink, and black polish to create a flower in the corner, partially covering the stripes. Add a green leaf.
5. Accent the stripes with glitter. Apply top coat.
